    It depends on what payplan you operate with and if you want to migrate an existing MLM structure. It's usually a matter of weeks, standard solutions can be deployed quicker.

  4. How much does it cost?

  5. If I choose to use your software over developing my own, how do I know my data is secure?

    We create a confidential relationship with all of our clients, cross-signing NDA agreements. We ensure that only you have the access to your sensitive data. We treat your information responsibly, and you can download the whole DB that is populated with your data from our systems at any moment.

  6. What if I want to make changes to the payplan at the beginning or after some time?

    The package you purchase can include custom development hours, which we can use to make the necessary changes for you. Otherwise, you can also purchase custom developed features or hours of support.

  7. What if something happens to the system and our people do not know what to do?

    We offer 24×7 NOC support via email and phone. There always will be someone to assist you.

  8. What if my distributors have questions about the system we cannot answer?

    We will offer a round of trainings that will put your CC in condition to answer your clients. At the same time you will have an account manager inside our company that will answer your questions as they rise.
